Delete your account

History Unlocked · last updated 22 September 2026

You do not need an account to read History Unlocked. If you made one — with Google or with an email link — this page is how you get rid of it, with the app installed or without it.

In the app

  1. Open History Unlocked and go to your profile.
  2. In the Account panel, tap Delete account.
  3. Read what it says you are about to lose, then tap Yes, delete it.

It happens immediately. There is no waiting period and nothing to confirm by email.

If you have already uninstalled

Write to support@gridconvertpro.com from the email address you signed in with, or naming the Google account you used. It will be done within 30 days, and usually within a few.

We ask for the address only so that the right account is deleted. It is not added to anything, and the message is discarded once the deletion is done.

What is deleted

WhatWhen
Your sign-in account — the email address and the Google identity behind it Immediately
Your founder record: seat number, the date you keep, the name shown on it Immediately
Your name in the public register of days Removed at once; the published archive stops showing it at its next daily rebuild
Everything stored on your phone — what you read, your quiz history, XP, streak, album When you uninstall the app. It was never sent anywhere.

If you are a founder, read this first. Deleting your account releases the day you keep back into the calendar, where anyone else can claim it. Seat numbers are never given out twice, so the seat is gone as well. Neither can be restored — not by us, and not by buying again.

The purchase itself stays with your Google Play account and can be restored, but restoring it would buy you a new seat at the back of the line, not the one you had.

What we cannot delete

Payment records. Purchases are handled by Google Play and managed through RevenueCat, and both keep transaction records for their own legal and tax obligations. We never held your card details and we cannot remove their records — for those, see Google's privacy policy and RevenueCat's.

Ordinary server logs. Requests to our hosting and to Firebase are logged with an IP address and a timestamp, as any web request is. These expire on their own and are not linked back to a deleted account.

Changing your mind

There is nothing to undo. Signing in again creates a new, empty account — a different one, even with the same email address.
